Abstract:
twelve alkyl dimethyl tertiary amine in chemical industry, daily necessities in a wide range of applications. Fatty alcohol Catalytic Amination method with its environmental protection and economy, has gradually replaced the traditional enamine method, become the mainstream process of dodecyldimethylamine tertiary amine. Although copper-based catalysts and copper-based catalysts have been developed for many years, there is still great room for improvement in activity and selectivity. In this paper, according to the requirements of the reactants and products specified by the enterprise, through the design, build the pot reactor pilot experiment, compared with the Cu 60/8p, the performance of three different copper-based solid catalysts, 13MDH051 and Cu zerconia, was investigated. The best catalyst type was Cu 60/8p, the conversion was 96%, the selectivity was 90%, and the yield was 86.4%. Established and improved a set of using gas chromatography to analyze the various substances in the experimental samples, through the external standard method for quantitative analysis of the various substances produced in the reaction, better tracking and analysis of the whole reaction process, the trace water content of the experimental samples was measured by Karl Fischer moisture measurement method to track the experimental process and the deactivation of the catalyst. Based on the selectivity, conversion and yield of the reaction, the effects of reaction temperature, Catalyst type and catalyst content on the reaction were studied. The optimum conditions are 220 ℃ and catalyst content 1.5%. The kinetic equation of the Cascade catalytic reaction was established. The activation energy E was 18407.63J/mol, and the pre-exponential factor A was 0.15 s-1. The calculated values were in good agreement with the experimental values, R = 0.997. The adsorption dehydration process in the reaction process is simulated by substituting it into Arrhenius equation. The maximum error of breakthrough time of the algorithm is less than 2.2%. The error of predicting the height of different adsorption column is less than ± 5%. A mathematical model of continuous adsorption was established. The effects of gas Film mass transfer coefficient, pore diffusion coefficient and flow rate on the adsorption process were investigated. Without regard to the amount of gas treatment, reducing the flow rate by 2 times can prolong the penetration time by 17.8%. The calculation results are helpful to guide the further industrial application.
